Change of the fund underlying the trust fund or bonus

PrismaLife rewards long-term customers for their loyalty. For this purpose, management refunds (retrocessions) received by PrismaLife for your fund units are invested in a fund determined by PrismaLife in accordance with the contractual basis. Effective March 15, 2022, the

PrismaLife Strategie Sicherheit
(PrismaLife ID PL001) currently used for this purpose will be replaced by the newly launched fund
PrismaLife – Active Invest
(PrismaLife ID PL017)). The assets invested in the current fund will be reallocated accordingly.

Investment objective of the new fund:
PrismaLife – Active Invest pursues a dynamic growth-oriented investment strategy that aims to achieve long-term capital growth while accepting higher price fluctuations. This investment objective is to be achieved by investing in ETFs, funds or individual investments in accordance with the principle of risk diversification. Investments can be made worldwide in bonds of all kinds, equities, real estate investments, commodities, precious metals, currencies, alternative investments (e.g. hedge funds, insurance-linked securities, micro-finance funds), money market investments, guarantee investments or certificates (e.g. index or equity certificates). The strategy may hold up to 100% in liquid assets alongside or in lieu of these. In addition, the use of derivatives for hedging purposes is possible. The net asset value is calculated daily.
