The following documents in particular shall be regarded as other supporting documents:

(a) a certificate of residence issued by an authorized governmental authority of the particular country

(b) a valid identity document issued by an authorized governmental body (which is usually used to prove the identity) containing the name of the natural person;

(c) an official document issued by an authorized governmental body containing the name of the entity and either the address of its principal place of business in the country in which it claims to be resident or the country in which the entity is incorporated;

(d) audited financial statements, credit report from a third party, insolvency filing or a report from the Securities and Exchange Commission.
